I would describe myself as being “professionally persistent”. Fundamentally, I genuinely care for the relationships I build and demonstrate this by consistently exceeding expectations.
I live in Cheshire with my wife Kerry, son and Golden Doodle; Hank. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, traveling and failing to perfect the 'imperfect' game of golf".

Creation of talent pipeline - The goal of this project was to create a pipeline of key executives for a leading European industrial gas business
Executive search solution - Matt initiated an executive search program for a divested industrial business across all Finance and Engineering appointments
Charity work - Raised over $5000 for the American Cancer Society by organising and DJing a social event in Houston
